Executive Health Program Evaluation
Your Executive
Health Program Evaluation establishes your hormonal and
metabolic "baseline" that will provide our physicians with the
necessary medical information to recommend therapies unique to
you that will help increase your energy level, libido, sexual
performance, reduce body fat, increase lean muscle and bone
density, improve cognitive function, lower cholesterol, as well
as strengthen your immune system.
Within 2 weeks
prior to when your Executive Health Program Evaluation is
scheduled, you will have a blood draw which requires a 12-hour
fast. We will receive your lab results within 10 days or so from
the date your blood was drawn.
The Executive Health Program Evaluation will last several hours
(which could be split into several sessions) and will include
special diagnostics, a comprehensive nutrition and exercise
consultation, a physical examination and consultation with your
practitioner. We will discuss your findings based on your lab
results, diagnostics, medical history and lifestyle. After the
issues have been discussed and your questions have been
answered, we will design a program unique to achieving your
goals.
Ideally, we would complete your blood draw and obtain all your
lab results prior to your Executive Health Program Evaluation.
Alternatively, for our patients residing outside the locale of
our office,
or if you need to schedule your Executive Health Program
Evaluation quickly, your blood can be drawn on the day you visit
the clinic. We can complete every thing during your Executive
Health Program Evaluation except for the final recommendations.
Your Executive Health Program would be discussed with you during
a scheduled call once your lab results are received and analyzed
by our team.
The price of an Executive Health Program Evaluation includes the
comprehensive Baseline Lab Panel, blood draw fees, GE Lunar bone
densitometry, body composition, cognitive screening computer
testing, nutrition analysis, exercise analysis, and professional
fees.
Additional Diagnostic Profiles Available Upon
Request
We can assist
arrangements for further testing of your preference with other
providers, including but not limited to virtual or actual
colonoscopy, Fast CT Scan of the heart to assess calcium score,
Virtual Heart Angiography to assess actual coronary blockage,
and total body CT Scan. This can be done prior to, or after our
evaluation, depending on your needs.
